you have signed and sent the editor the agreement, you may go
on to the submit content pages to submit articles and images.

It is our policy to keep your personal information strictly confidential.
It will NOT be sold, traded or used for any other purpose than
to communicate with you The Other Truth announcements.
Follow
these instructions for the Submission Agreement:
- Download
a Word document of the Submission Agreement.
- Digitally
sign it as per the instructions in the agreement.
- Save
your signed copy of the "Agreement" Word document.
- Click
the "Send Signed Agreement here" hotlink (it is an
email form directly to the editor).
- Then
attach your signed "Agreement" Word document in the
email.
- Then,
send the email. Thank you.
Download

Send
signed Agreement here. Send your agreement in only after you
have downloaded the above form and signed it (digitally) as a
Word file.
When
submitting material please place your name and contact info (email,
street address, telephone number) and word count into the submission
form fields. An email address will do if you will be paid via
Paypal—which is how we want everyone paid.
The
Writer’s Agreement is pasted below. You must read it, sign
it and return it to steve@othertruth.com
so you can get paid if your work is used. Simply type your name
on the signature line of the agreement. If you have questions
regarding the agreement, please don’t hesitate to write.
Keep in mind this is as new a project for us so we are making
it up as we go along.
If
we make mistakes along the way, please be patient. We’ll
do our best to correct any wrongs as soon as they are brought
to our attention.

WRITER’S AGREEMENT
The
following are the terms and conditions governing article submissions
to the Other Truth Web site, OtherTruth.com, and our subordinate
sites (hereinafter "OT" or “hell raising lefty
liberals”). We ask that you (hereinafter "The Writer")
read the terms of the Agreement (hereinafter " Agreement")
carefully. Don’t forget to sign the Agreement and include
payment information or we won’t be able to publish your work
and compensate you for your efforts.
General
Writer understands that this agreement does not obligate Publisher
to publish the Work.
By submitting your article, commentary, cartoon, report, recommendation,
review, analysis or other content (individually and collectively
"Content") to OT, the Writer agrees to these terms and
conditions set forth below.
The
Content
By submitting your article, commentary, announcement, report,
newsletter, cartoon, letter to the editor, review, analysis or
other content ("Content") to this site, you agree to
these terms and conditions. Writer will submit to OT articles
and other content ranging from 50-1,800 words on a political,
social issue or related topic. Just about any topic of general
interest or importance will do. Cartoonists, artists, videographers,
spoken word performers and photographers we need to talk about
compensation after we see your work product.
The
Writer grants to OT the following rights to the submitted content:
- The
worldwide and perpetual right to electronically publish and
distribute submitted content in all versions of OT, print, electronic
or otherwise, in any language and the right to translate and
electronically publish and distribute submitted material to
other sites or publications owned by or associated with the
Other Truth;
- The
worldwide and perpetual right to include submitted content in
advertising and promotion;
- The
worldwide and perpetual right to include submitted content in
print and non-print products anywhere in the world.
- Finally,
we may delete any submitted content at any time, without notice
to the Writer though we’ll try to let you know in advance
so your mom has every opportunity to see your content before
it is removed from the site. Every reasonable effort will be
made to allow the Writer final approval of all published work.
Writer agrees that OT may assume
that the content, as submitted, is in a form acceptable to the
Writer. The Writer acknowledges that we may edit their article
for clarity, consistency, and professionalism as well as formatting
reasons, but will not edit the core content of any submission
without permission.
