3 Phase Project Assistance There are 3 phases to the Ready 2 Build Homes planning and oversight of a construction project....(1) The Initial Needs Assessment, (2) Establishing the Master Project Plan and (3) The Construction Process and Project Completion Phase
1 … The Initial Needs Assessment…Loan Pre-Approval Phase
2 … Establishing the Master Project Plan… This phase will required detailed accuracy because it is on this information the loan will fund. The Master Project Plan is set up to maintain oversight of all the professionals involved, the paperwork and documentation. A cross communication line is set up, via email, as the New Home Team works to provide for efficient delivery of information and successful close of escrow/loan funding. There may be, in addition to your New Home Construction Consultant, a Real Estate Agent, Loan Officer, a Materials Supplier, Designer, Engineer, a Builder or Contractor. Again, it is the mission of Ready 2 Build Homes to explain, facilitate and streamline a complicated process. This phase ends in the loan funding, which is really a line of credit to draw from for the building project. In many cases, it is also the qualifying event for the permanent loan that will be obtained at the completion of the project.
