Project Management

At Ready 2 Build Homes, our mission is to provide options for our clients. Many are discouraged about the cost of purchasing someone else's home, someone else's dream, someone else's colors and style. All are looking for alternatives and we strive to provide a full range of opportunities.

We work with a number of design and construction professionals who offer their own version of how to help an owner build their own home. Most of these programs involve either owner-builder financing, owner-participation in the building project, or at least the owner finding a non-traditional way to complete a home.

For those who want to participate, but don't feel inclined or capable of tackling the entire project, we offer suggestions for Project Construction Management options. It is still possible to participate in the appreciation that is still going strong in certain areas of the West Coast…and complete with "sweat equity". We provide information for programs that may create value for our clients.
